Can I bring a 3-day pack as a carry-on?

Was going to use my field pack to bring some products to SHOT, but not sure if it is too big to be a carry on. It is about the same size as a standard 3-day pack.

bag - blackhawk cyclone pack

airline - midwest

Any experience or feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.......

should be GTG - I'm putting everything in a Blackhawk Titan and expect no probs after seeing what passes for carry on the last 2 weeks.

I have been using my Tactical Tailor assualt pack plus for a carry on for years on a number of airlines. I have had it filled to its limit and it has always fit under the seat in front of me and the overheads. You should be good to go.

I can fit my Camelbak BFM as a carry on.
Just make sure you can stuff it into the overhead compartment.

See ya there,

I freakin love mine! That thing holds so much stuff it gets downright heavy when filled to capacity. Best part is it fits well within the confines of those stupid little 'carry on' guages that everyone seems to ignore

Nothing compression straps can't handle then...Just has to fit under seat or in overhead...

IIRC, a guy posted that he used an Eberle Operator as a carry on, so Id imagine just about any pack will fly.
