Can I change my topic title?

Is there a way that I can change the title of a topic that I started? I've tried the search function and couldn't find anything.

Go to edit, while in there you can change the topic title, that said any post made before the change will be under the original tile. Also I do not know if there are some kind of forum rules against this or not...
