Should be able to pull the de capping stem out then run a 223 brass in and it should form, use a case gauge to check shoulder set back, then cut/trim brass, chamfer and debur, then reinstall de capping stem, and run brass again. Swage if needed. This is how i did it in the pre dillion setup days.
Also need to watch what kind of brass you are using, some of it has a thicker body, those will need neck trimmed as they will be to big of a DIA when bullet is seated to chamber maybe. I have had no issues with the LC brass.
