I have a member in the PX that wants to buy some 10rd pmags and a Magpul stock that I have for sale. I’m not sure about the laws in NY. I’m pretty sure it’s GTG. Just want to make sure.
Can I ship 10rd mags and a stock to NY state?

You can pretty much own anything for an ar except mags over ten rounds unless you install limiting blocks. Other than mags everything is legal to own it’s just how you put it together.
what I mean is as individual parts they are legal to own it just comes down to when it’s on a completed rifle capable of firing a round how many assault rifle characteristics your allowed to have on said rifle. Yes comps are legal
