Can I ship a AR to New Jersey?

I have a AR that a member wants but he lives in New Jersey? Can I as a individual ship it to a NJ FFL? What about the magazine? Would changing the magazine to a ten shot be better? I don't want to mess with any laws up there.

Mags can't be over 10 rounds, no collapsable butt stocks, pinned and welded muzzle brake no flash hiders.

You can ship to the FFL, once you verify they accept shipped weapons from individuals. If they do they will require a copy of your drivers license be included in the shipping container. They will inspect to ensure it meets NJ laws. If it has magazines that accept over 10 rounds they will remove them. If gun doesn’t meet NJ laws you will be stuck with return shipping costs and returning payment to buyer.

Also, no bayonet lugs; target crowns are OK...but no threaded muzzles unless covered by pinned and welded brake.
