Rifle Scopes Can reticle be changed on Athlon Cronus

I've got the Athlon Cronus BTR 4.5x29x34mm . Great glass but with the new reticle it can't be used less than 15X. To thin ,so can reticles be changed out ? I should've bought the MOA
