I met a woman that lived in Arkansas. She said there were special clinics where whole inbred families with huge, bulbous or little shrunken heads would come in.
Likewise, law enforcement, especially in podunk towns and departments, are a shit magnet for Bubbas with obvious bad genetics that look like the Michelin man and his partner Skeeter in the video.
