Man....a 3MOA target(approx 7.5 inch x 7.5 inch) at 250 yards is pretty sporty. Did you leave out the 'up to' part?

At Parma, ID.
We shoot at a 9 inch x 15 inch, half size IDPA/USPSA silhouette, at 250 yards and nobody has had a perfect stage in 2 years.

We use a 6 inch by 10 inch rectangle at 200 yards and that has not been shot clean either, yet
