Can't find Heathen muzzle brake anywhere, other options? Ideas?

Looking for a muzzle brake to mate to a Tikka CTR in 6.5 CM. I really like the look/reviews of the Heathen muzzle brake. I appreciate that it comes in a 0.885 inch diameter that mates well to the end of the CTR barrel(0.790 inch).

Seems like a lot of the other brakes out there are chunkier boys, and I'm looking for something that matches the CTR contour. Tool-less timing/indexing is a huge plus.
