Can't log in!!

Does anybody have a good way to get a hold of somebody that can help me get logged in to my main account? I can't get up with anybody.
It says I need a verification code from the app but I'm not logged in on the app and as soon as I try it redirects me to the same page that ask for the verification code.
This is a second account I created so I could get in contact with sombody but I'm still not have success.

The two step email is probably in your spam folder but i turned it off

I am having the same issue.
Reached out to tech support, haven't heard back.
