Looking for a hunting chassis. Can anyone tell me if this exists?

• Carbon chassis (like a HNT26 or Impact Carbon X)
• Left-hand
• Long Action
• Tikka T3 (.30-06)
• Arca rail or even better something like the CarbonX that has the Hybrid ARCA rail featuring a Picatinny section and Sling stud
