Gunsmithing Carbon six barrel to action

I’m looking at a 6mm and 6.5mm blank. What all do I need the gun smith to do to mate the action to it?

You just need to select a blank that will finish at the length you want. The chamber and muzzle end is like a regular blank but the center is turned down and wrapped in carbon.

The same thing as any other barrel?

I’m asking more of the later. I’ve contacted several gun smiths that build PRS guns and have been shut down. So I was wondering how hard it is
