I'm having issues trimming my fl sized brass.. I'm using redding fl sizer with bushings. I can't seem to fit the case in the trimmer with the .30 cal pilot. Neck tension is too much. I am using .334 bushings. Neck won't fit over the pilot.. Anyone have remedies? Besides trimming without the pilot installed in the trimmer?

Measured a factory liars round and it was .336

Gee, do you think maybe if you hold your pilot in your electric drill and polish off a few thou it might work?
Or call Hornady and ask them for a smaller pilot?

If you trim without a pilot, you will just screw up your cases

I have a cam lock also and it gives me very consistent results.
