Fascinating. I would love to contrast the different manufacturing methods that different ammunition makers use. I expected the process to be more serial and less parallel. I was especially surprised by the priming step. Seems like a putty knife and mold might not be the most precise way to do this. I wonder how much ammunition performance varies depending on who wields the knife given how important the primer is to .22lr function.
