CCI450 vs CCI #41

Are the 450’s the same except have a thinner primer cup? Same “hotness”?

My understanding is the only difference is in the anvil, the 41's are designed to be less sensitive for use in rifle systems with a floating firing pin, think AR.

Would the same apply to the Winchester #41 primers I've seen available lately? Similar to the CCI #450's?

Winchesters #41 are their version of the Military prime, meaning magnum level primer compound and suitable for high pressure cartridges. As to cup hardness and anvil arrangement I don't know.
