That's a little confusing. Nobody can be evicted at all anywhere by anybody? If a landlord loses his property to the bank for nonpayment, the bank can't take possession because the tenant won't leave?

I'm getting my easy chair and popcorn ready for that show. When the bank repo's the property and shuts off the utilities it will get interesting. Perhaps the CDC has a plan for the taxpayers to pay the utility bills on the repo property.... LOL

"you no pay...YOU go in street with cockroach" is my motto as a landlord...f'em and feed em rice....
You don’t own that rental. .gov just let’s you use it for a while. Takes 6 months to evict someone for non payment and if you cut their utilities you get raped in court. Meanwhile if you don’t pay your utility bill, they can shut that off immediately.

I went through that process as a landlord. Sold the building and never looked back

What did you do with that money from the building? Put it in your 401K? :ROFLMAO: Seriously though, after this fake apocalypse people are still going to need places to rent. If its the real apocalypse then the money isn't going to matter anyway.
