CE ProChrono Died of Old Age

Well, shucks. My Competition Electronics ProChrono purchased in 1998 died of old age today. It was a nice 24 years.

Probably gonna stick with an optical chronograph. The LabRadar is just too much money and I do too much work over the chrono with handguns to justify a MagnetoSpeed.

I'm lucky, mine is still working. Bought it right around '90-91.

In fact, I just replaced the original diffusers and bought a carry case for it.
It'll probably die the next time I use it.
