To my knowledge it’s LE only. It’s been out for a while.

I think you are thinking of the Gen II NiR (HIR) series of coatings. Those are available to civilians as of January, at least that’s what the email from NIC Industries said, the website still shows them as restricted.

The P-202 looks to me to be just a high emissivity coating. I don’t know that it would do a lot at normal barrel temperatures.
