I just removed my Badger brake and installed an AAC Brakeout but the the Cerakote stops where the Badger brake would clamp down. What is recommended to fill this gap is Cerakote?

You shouldn't have a problem masking off the portion of the barrel with Cerakote, then blasting and coating the stainless portion. I use electrical tape to mask things off and have never had a problem with it while blasting.
The biggest problem I see is matching the color perfectly, but it should be very close.

Yes just mask off the good and blast, coat as normal.

For that little portion right at the muzzle, you might not even want to sand blast it. Just clean it really well and spray it.
