Anyone know a company close to Houston Tx. that does cerakote? i cant seem to find any. Thanks

I know they are not close to you....but I shipped my barrel action off to Surgeon Rifles to have it Cerakoted and they had it done in ONE DAY! Some of the folks that are closer to me quoted me 3-6 WEEKS turn around time.

Nice one... i might give that a try. A few places over here do alot of gunkote/teflon...which is better? ive heard it was cerakote.. im just wanting the barreled action in od to match my aics

I have ceracote on a KKM G 21 barrell with several hundred rounds on it.You cant hardly tell the ware yet. It is very durable.

Ross Precision Gunworks is in Keller, TX (D/FW) and he is great. Turnaround time is about 7 days now.
