This is an awesome novel!!! It's set in Tennessee and centers around the black market trade for paddlefish caviar. It's pits the Russian mafia against some game wardens, one of which is a former SEAL. I got my copy off of Amazon, and I think there is a version for Kindle, too. The author is Gary Cook.
