Do I have to re work up a load for my 700 308 if the only component I change is the full length sizing die ? Or are they all to the same dimensions ? Changing from forster to hornady fl sizer die

No, you do not have to re work up a load when you change to another die. Just be sure to set up your new F/L sizing die to bump the shoulders of your rifle's fired brass minimally, .001"-.002".
