Rifle Scopes changing to mil/mil

I have the 20x42 super sniper scope. Can I get an elavation knob in mils and turn my scope into a mil/mil unit?

No. The "clicks" in the scope will still be in MOA no matter what the dial says. It has to do with the angle of the turret threading.
