I'm not sure if that's possible, but LowLight would be the only one that could do it if it is possible.
Give him some time to catch up. He is still slammed from the Scout migration and a username change is probably going to go pretty low on his list of priorities for now.

The list is long, I have 100s of private messages as everyone wants to change something ... if you sent me a note and didn't tell me what you wanted I just deleted it. I have no time for this back and forth, either be direct and tell me exactly what you want or I am not worrying about it.
we can change every single thing with any account but you have to be specific and up front... if you want a specific user name why not just put it in the note ?
I don't even reply when I change stuff, I just do it, and move to the next.

Be careful you don't get any message from the likes of PPB and his ilk, as they'd tell you something like this:
"Due to the fact that Frank gets so many messages each day, both from members here AS WELL AS the representatives of Scout, begging for him to bring The 'Hide back there... he has his messaging system set to 'dump' every hour or so. So the best method to get ahold of him would be to PM him ever hour, at about the 10 to 15 minute mark after each hour, to ensure that you're close to the top of the list.
Then, and only then, would you have the best chances to get a reply from "our main man" (his words) or HMFIC (as he's known of, by the rest of us)"
But actually falling for this, and adhering to their advice would be ill-advised and not recommended.
Unless you wanted your term here, short. So whatever you do, don't listen to him/them.
Isn't it the beginning of April, yet? It is somewhere, right?
