Chargemaster 1500 Combo

I have a Combo that I bought in 2011. The 4, 5, and 6 keys on the dispenser keypad quit working. Has anyone had this problem? If so, what did you do? I can get one of the new Lite models cheaper than getting a new dispenser.
I don't the Lite will be as fast as the Combo since I have not found a way to reprogram the Lite like you can do with the Combo.

Did you try contacting them? I read somewhere the other day someone having a similar issue and they contacted them and even though it was long out of warranty they still fixed it for free.

I contacted RCBS. They told me of a place in Arizona that works on them. The people in Arizona said if it could be fixed it would cost $125.00.
I can get a Lite for $187 or a Combo dispenser for $191.
