Chassis mirage shield

Assuming a chassis has M-Lok slot on the rail, is anyone aware of a method for making or sourcing a bolt-on mirage shield? I am envisioning something like the MDT version, but a little more simplistic.

i just want something toward the end of the stock for a place to wrap my fingers over to steady when shooting off a barricade

Not a bad a idea for static shooting I guess... I use a thermal on a 14.5” 308 quite a bit, and on a 10-rnd mag the barrel heat starts washing out the sight picture pretty significantly. Just wondering if I could slow that down a bit
