I'm looking for an inexpensive hard case for my spotting scope. It is a Celestron C90, which has a 90mm lens (its a refractor) so its pretty thick. I think something in the 20"x8"x10 or 12" range would hold it and the eyepieces.
It came with a case, but I have to disassemble the star prism and eye piece to put the scope away. I use it for hipower shooting so this adds time every time I need to pack up to move to the next shooting line. I don't need a Pelican or Hardigg case, as I'm not going to be banging it around very much and can't justify the cost right now. The equivalent of a Plano in the right size would be perfect, but I haven't found anything.
Any thoughts or leads?
