As for the cop neglagence disscharge, damn glad the prisoners did not notice the pistol laying about 16 inches and unattended behind them.

I guarantee you every single prisoner on that line knew that there was a pistol still laying on the floor. Cons are a lot more observant than most people give them credit for.
I don't like to be critical of a situation that I wasn't involved in but damn.....I can pick out a ton of things wrong in that video. I hope the Boarder Agent is okay.

WOW! I thought that I saw all the Youtube NDs. That one is absolutely crazy! I would be soooooooo pissed off if I was that cop who was handcuffing the suspect. That is beyond a ND. That borders on willful disregard.
