Cheeekpad for .223?

Can anyone tell me for sure if either the tac ops or eagle stock packs will snugly hold .223 brass in the ammo loops? I know eagle makes a model with internal ammo storage which may be the route I take if i can't determine for sure if the exterior ammo holders will work for .223.

I use a Eagle one on my 700 LTR .223 and it hold them fine.
