Hi I just came across this and was wondering if anyone had more info the CA15 recon. Seems like a good product, I emailed them for their barrel specs and to see if they sold just the upper.

I've shot a 300 win mag with the Christensen Arms Carbon fiber barrel. It shot sub MOA groups all day long. For being a straight taper bull barrel the rifle only came in at 5.9 pounds. This rifle was light!!!! And Recoil was very manageable. So hope this helps!!!

I just got off the phone with Christensen Arms and I was told they use a Mcgollen barrel 1/9 twist and the upper is available from them for $2150.....they have a article on this months AR15 Magazine is anyone wants more info.
Seems like I might just need to start saving or selling!
