Christensen Arms 300 WM - Accuracy

Does anyone have any experience reloading for a Christensen arms carbon barreled gun? I have been shooting 165s Sierras just under 1". This load shoots well under SUB MOA in other rifles. I know each gun is different but I am hoping this gun will tighten up with the right load. Any tips with these rifles?

Try some 215 Bergers seated .050" off the lands with 75-77 grains of H1000 and a Fed 215. If the rifle has any potential at all, it will show with this combination.

I'd try 230 bergers or 225 eld's. Why wouldn't you choose the highest bc possible? The twist can handle it. Or you could just get a 308 if you want to shoot 165's.

Thanks Brent I am going to try and cook some up with that combo. That just seems like way overkill for whitetail though. I don't know how well a 215 will open up PA whitetail.

They will open up just fine on a whitetail.

Alright sounds good. Since I have everyone here has anyone tried the Jageman brass ? I am looking for some good brass for these loads. Right now I have some Winchester brass.
