Yes it is a 700 footprint and this one is short action. Carbon and fiberglass stock that’s pretty dang stout and lightweight. Came from a ridgline with carbon barrel but I have laid a bighorn origin shouldered prefit carbon barrel and it would fit in the barrel channel too
