Clamp-on muzzle break - does it last?

I wonder if anybody has experience of the Ebiarms clamp-on muzzle break and can tell if it lasts when clamped on, or if it blows away after a couple of hundered shots?

Looks like this:

Seems rigid to me, but I have heard that a brake should be threaded to last...
