Night Vision Cleaning PVS-14 Lens

I know the manual says to use the lens tissue but will a regular sunglasses cloth be ok?

What about revision lens cleaner or another brand cleaner?

I just use a lense brush to sweep off the dust first. Then I follow it up with a q-tip and a few drops of alcohol. What ever you do rub gently on the lenses.
