Clear Alumihyde II after Krylon

How soon after Krylon camo paint job can I shoot it with Alumihyde II clear?
BTW. I'm drying it in the very hot FL sun.

I don't think the Alumihyde matte is very matte. Satin at best.
I'd wait overnight. Nothing wrong with letting it hit full cure.

+1 on this advice (and on the Alumahyde II matte having somewhat of a "sheen" to it). 24hrs is generally what I wait before clear coating. Also, I personally just use the Krylon matte clear which doesn't have any shine/glare whatsoever on the applications I have used it on once it is dry (which takes only about 6hrs if you are doing it outside on a hot, not humid day).
