Fed LEO's know who and what Billary is and they dislike her more than you can imagine. I can't imagine any Fed LEO would be willing to work for her. I don't classify "the agency" as LEO and that is all I have to say.

I will bet you that inside the 50K+ fed.gov LEOs there's at least a few corruptible ones. Although I'm more inclined to go with your insinuation that it's dirty CIA people doing her bidding.
