I went to my farm yesterday to shoot a while in the muddy horse pasture. Had my AAC M4 can in my ruck and put it on my Noveske after I was done with my R700 and did a test shot with it at a different range and target at the end of the day.
Got in my vehicle with the can in my hand, and I noticed a rattle.
A .22LR round was inside the can hanging out between a couple of the baffles! It's a good thing it had not protruded!
Lesson learned: check your can for obstructions before firing!
