I have had a family member come forward and am working with them now to get this resolved without destroying their life. I greatly appreciate all the support and concern from all here. Sincerely, Anthony

Re: Taken Firearms etc

Damn man, I hate to hear of this. Get the S#'s to your local PD and get a copy to all the local pawn shops. The guns may come to the surface. I also think you need to think about who knows what you had and may have had the time to steal from you. With this much stuff taken they more than likly knew your time schdule. Also watch the local sales papers for items trying to be moved. Does the silver bars have a S# of some sort? If so get that out to the PD and Pawn shops.

Man I hope you can catch the SOB and teach them a lesson in your most favorate way!

Re: Taken Firearms etc

That sucks like the others have said get the #s
to all the gun shops and pawn shops in the tri state area
someone will try to pawn for sure .Hope you find em.

Re: Taken Firearms etc

Yeah, It would take a little while to move this much gear, someone knew how much gear was there and when you would be gone. Such a damn shame.

Best of luck, I hope you find at least some of it. Something will show up.

Re: Taken Firearms etc

Sorry to hear about your loss, that's a ton of stuff to have stolen. Did they drive a moving truck up to your house and yank your safe out and clean you out?

Re: Taken Firearms etc

I concur on getting the S#'s out to LEO. I would put the list out on the web as well. Gunbroker, auction arms, GunsAmerica, just the last four numbers or so would suffice to keep your data somewhat confidential. Awhile back, my uncle had several guns and items stolen while they were wintering in AZ. I checked isthisgunstolen.com but it wasn't up and working yet, might try there too.

Best of luck on their return or busting the asshole/s that did this.
