Anyone else seen this? Found it interesting with many 'allegations' and whatnot. Not really much of a computerhackergeek type person here so don't know from Shinola, but again... it was interesting.
I've always believed it was simply a matter of time before the computer, by itself, became a fully acknowledged weapon of war. In many ways, it's been one for some time now. Sci-Fi short stories have been dealing with this concept since the 1930's, at least.
