what are the color in the mcmillan desert camo stocks. i'm getting ready to coat one of my rifles and i'd like it to match

The metal on this one is Duracoat Desert Beige. Very close to the base color of the stock.

There really is no direct corellation between the McMillan colors and the Duracoat or Ceracoat colors. The McMillan colors are custom colors that we just mixed up in a cup 20 or 25 years ago and said "yep, that's about what we want" and then had our color concentrate supplier duplicate.
Not sure about the source of the Duracoat colors but I believe most of them are out of the Federal Standard colors book that the Paul N. Gardner Company publishes. Would someone please correct me here if I am wrong.
