Rifle Scopes Colt Carry Handle Rail Mount

I have a Colt 9mm carbine with a carry handle that I would like to mount a red dot or small scope on.

Does anyone make a good mount with a std. mil-spec rail that I could use?

SWFA is your friend. Check out the ARMS mt there for your app. That base takes either a M1913 rail top or a 30mm ring for the Red Dot. And it is see-through for the irons. Mine with a Comp M2 returns to zero after removal. YMMV
