Sidearms & Scatterguns Colt Combat Target

Dates from the mid 90's. 1996/7 were the only years of production, I believe. I sold one a few years ago for $900, Good Condition not Great, no box. I think I paid about $600 new. Hope that helps.

What were thoughts on the pistol? I’m talking myself into, then out of buying one.

Nice gun. Mine was a good shooter. Built on the Gold Cup frame with flat rib on slide, minus the GC serrations. Wide trigger, but without the GC adjustment screw. Flat black finish. It could be looked at either as a enhanced Mark IV Series 80 or a poor man's Gold Cup. Limited production, so Colt collectors might be interested. Not really special, but they're not making anymore and they won't go down in price.

Thanks for the help. Ended up getting this.

I have some win 230gr fmj and Hornady 230 HAP if they’ll feed and will probably use silhouette or maybe hp38. It’s going to be more of a toy, not carry.
