The is a used police trade-in upper and the round count is unknown — though it looks to be relatively low based on how little wear it shows. I put 50 rounds through it when I got it and it functioned perfectly. It also had no problems staying on a 6” plate @ 250 yds w/ a 4x optic, but that’s the extent of accuracy testing I did with it.
