Every mode of transportation that she chooses, produces carbon, from the electric car to a sailboat. Everything manufactured is a manufactured using processes that emit carbon. The clothes she wears are the result of carbon emission processes. The frikkin food she eats was grown using tractors that burn fuel, releasing carbon into the atmosphere. Being the magnanimous philanthropissed that I am here is what I will do to make sure she has a safe "green" journey.
I have a 14 ft StarCraft aluminum boat that only has leaky rivets with my big ass as the captain. I'm quite sure it would be as sound as a douchmark with her wirey, vegan waif of an ass self at the helm. I will remove all that bad old styrofoam from under the seats, and repurpose it as insulation in my barn. I will provide her with a state of the art aluminum(totally recyclable) kayak paddle, after removing the bad old plastic parts(properly disposed of in a top of the line recycling facility), and replacing them with recycled cardboard, waterproofed and laminated with hemp fiber and pine tar(green and renewable).
I will tow said boat to the departure point of her choosing, using a totally electric car.

Not mine. Mine is a hand crank model. And it has no lead or lithium. It is powered by 453 lemons with zinc anodes.
Absolute ZERO impact.....ZERO. Actually less than zero....like -27 impact points. The "battery" will be decommissioned at the boat ramp. The lemon batteries will be disassembled (proper recycling measures for the metals of course) and the 453 lemons will be loaded on the boat for "journey sustenance" plus it will prevent scurvy.
The decommissioned car will be rolled off the deep end of the dock and repurposed as a "fish santuary".
