Compact breathing air compressor for scuba.

Have been visiting daughter/husband in Trinidad and he is in process of reworking a 53' Sunseeker for diving and recreational trips in Tobago and the Grenadines. He is looking for a compact breathing air compressor to mount on boat, to remain as independent as possible when visiting the islands. Believe it will need to adapt to both 110/220, as boat is wired to a European standard. Anyone have experience in this regard and could provide a lead on proper equipment for this purpose? None to offer myself, but figure a few here may dive for either business or pleasure, and could provide a lead. Thx.
