Compact LR / Hunting Setup: Fix vs SRS

I currently have a Q fix and perviously a SRS A1 (years ago). Anyone have an opinion on which would make a better platform? The fix comes in a little lighter but seems to get a lot of negative attention

My compact hunting/lr setup is a Surgeon in a mcmillan A5 with 16" mtu fluted barrel in 308. Surprisingly well balanced, easy to carry and with a 6.5" can up front is a pleasure. Eotech 5-25 short scope fits it perfect
