Assuming you are talking about your basic AR-15...then yes.
Also, before any further craziness ensues or similarly redundant questions get asked like "will a BM upper work on my DPMS lower?"...ANY manufacturer's AR-15 upper receiver will mount to ANY OTHER manufacturer's lower receiver (and vice versa).
The AR-15, unlike all of the .308 variants (AR-10, LR-308, SR-25, etc.), is based off of a generally accepted standard/specification on which all other AR-15 platform rifles are based, thus....parts are almost 100% universally compatible with other makes/models of AR-15-based firearms.
