I fell asleep on the subway once and ended up there.

I worked out of Constanta for about 2 years. Nice place in the summer, winter time is almost dead. There is a little night life around in different areas. There is a area close to the yacht harbor and the area they call old town close to the old soviet casino that is fairly nice, had a lot of fun there.

I really have no idea it has been closed down for decades I was told. Just another piece of something resembling Soviet architecture, some where if I can find it I have a picture of it covered in ice. It is right on the water and the wind must have been blowing just right during the winter, made a huge ice sculpture that was really cool looking. Actually I think it was a soviet government building and was a casino after the soviet union fell. If memory serves me right. Probably not an actual Soviet era casino
