that is the norm... "normally" if you rob a diner full of cops, they'll ALL draw down and you'll have a bad day.
I'd have liked the commercial better if the banner would have said "concealed carry permit holders welcome" or something

He should feel perfectly safe proceeding to the till, emptying it, taking a long slow hit of the milkshake from the bartender and then walking calmly back out to his car whilst under fire from by all those cops.
The bystanders in the diner opposite however...
