went to the range a little while back, there was this guy, wearing a white button up shirt, slacks, power tie, and loafers. dont think i wanna work for his company

First conversation - he takes people out back by the dumpster and has a "value to the organization" talk. There are several thinly veiled references to the listener's value and the rotting stench in the can they are standing next to.
Second and last conversation is by cell phone - he is very calm. He describes what the person on the other end of the line is wearing to them.... He utters 'Take the deal' and waits for a one word answer.

about a year ago a small company i worked for got bought up by a large corporation, during orientation we went around the room telling the branch manager our hobbies. ther was alot of dirt bikes, college football, football, football, then me, long range rifle marksmanship, rifle and defense pistol competitions, and reloading.
room went really quiet and the branch manager just looked at me.
